Actress Anu Prabhakar and her daughter Nandana, who is six years old, have not been taken to the theaters to watch films despite working in the film industry. An exception was made for the film "Gandada Gudi" starring Puneeth Rajkumar, as it involved nature and animals which Nandana enjoys. Anu mentions that they try to limit Nandana's screen time, even at home. Nandana may have seen glimpses of her parents, Anu and Raghu Mukherjee, on TV in passing, but she is not particularly interested in anything related to films at the moment according to Anu.
